In this new game, towns and castles make room for fields of fruits and vegetables. Collect them all, build stables to house animals, and walk down a hill to make even more points! Carcassonne: Over Hill and Dale is a standalone game in the Carcassonne series. This game allows players to be farmers who care for animals on their large farms and cultivate the fruits and vegetables in their fields.
The game is played over several rounds with each player taking it in turns to apply platelets and the possibility to receive votes. The aim of the game? To get the most points! The novelty about this Carcassonne game is that the Meeples are able to hike on the road for the first time! At the end of the game players receive points for each animal in the catchment area of the barn and the player with the most points at the end wins!
